How do I know my order went through?
Once you place your order you will land on a confirmation page with your order number (it starts with SW-), and a copy is sent to your email. Keep it handy. It is all you need to track your pieces.
Do I need an account to shop?
Not at all. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you track every order in one place, save your addresses and check out faster next time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Of course, as long as it has not been shipped yet. Message us through the contact form or on Instagram with your order number and we will take care of it right away.
How can I track my order?
Open the link on your confirmation page, visit Orders in your account, or use Track an order with your order number and email. You will see every step, from placed to delivered.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery arrives in 2-4 business days anywhere in Egypt, usually on the quicker side in Cairo and Giza.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is complimentary on orders over EGP 3,000. Otherwise standard delivery is EGP 70.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt, from Zamalek to Aswan. International shipping is on our wish list.
Will the courier contact me?
Yes. Our courier will call or message you before arriving, so please double-check your phone number at checkout. You can also leave delivery notes, like the best time to reach you.
What is your exchange policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to exchange any piece for a different size or style. Items should be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
How do I start an exchange?
Send us your order number through the contact form or on Instagram and tell us what you would like instead. We will arrange a pickup from your door, so there is no need to go anywhere.
Can I get a refund?
If a piece arrives faulty or not as described, we refund you in full. For change-of-mind returns within 14 days we offer an exchange or store credit, whichever you prefer.
Are sale pieces final?
Sale pieces can still be exchanged for another size, subject to availability.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your pieces arrive. Every price you see is in Egyptian pounds and already includes taxes.
Is cash on delivery available everywhere?
Yes, across all governorates. Please have the exact amount ready. It helps our courier get to the next lucky girl a little faster.
How do I wash my denim?
Turn it inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then line dry in the shade. Less washing keeps the colour deep for longer.
Do I take the zips and extensions off before washing?
Yes. Zip off the sleeves, back panels and lower legs and close every zip before washing, so the teeth stay smooth and nothing snags.
How do I care for sequins, studs and rhinestones?
Hand wash cold with the embellished side turned in, never wring, and line dry in shade. Never iron directly on the decoration.
How should I store the extensions?
Lay back panels flat and keep sleeves folded in pairs, away from direct sunlight, so they are ready for the next switch.

Changed your mind, or need a different size? Exchange any piece within 14 days of delivery. We collect it from your door, no queues and no fuss.

Pop the piece back in its packaging, unworn with its tags on. Our courier picks it up when it suits you.

Once it is back with us, your exchange is on its way in 2-4 business days, or store credit if you prefer.
